[Pt] Desde tempos remotos que é evidente a importância atribuída aos cuidados com a pele e o cabelo. Mais recentemente esses cuidados têm-se tornado mais relevantes e é visível a crescente procura da sociedade por manter uma aparência saudável ao longo de toda a vida. A prática de hábitos saudáveis e a escolha e aplicação dos produtos certos são fundamentais não só para manter uma boa aparência e auto-estima, como para o bem-estar global ao longo do envelhecimento cutâneo e capilar. De modo a aprofundar conhecimentos sobre os processos de envelhecimento e explorar os produtos existentes dedicados a esta temática, o pelouro da Educação e Promoção para a Saúde convida-te a estar presente, no dia 22 de novembro, na XI Formação em Dermofarmácia e Cosmética com o tema “ O Envelhecimento”.
